Our Residential Rehabilitation Program is based in a home called "Croydonbridge". It accommodates 4 men and 4 women for an average stay of 4 months. It is staffed 24 hours per day and offers a safe, caring, 'family style' environment.
Our program uses a comprehensive holistic approach to group and individual recovery.

Support Groups

Education Group: Self esteem, assertiveness, anger management, goal setting, boundary setting.

A & D Recovery Information Group: Relapse prevention, understanding basics of recovery, self defeating learned behaviour, etc.

Transactional Analysis: A way of exploring human behaviours and feelings in order to understand ourselves and others. "If I am part of a problem, I can also be part of the answer."

Gender Specific Groups

Outings: Weekly outings covering sporting and recreational activities i.e. picnics, mini-golf, tennis, bush walks, etc.

Activities Group: Various activities to widen experiences.
- Self Help Groups: Residents attend Self Help Groups (AA NA).
