Engagement

The online application was user-friendly and promptly responded to by MARP
My first contact with MARP Supported Accommodation was a positive one
I was given clear comprehensive information about the program and process of entry
I was offered some support whilst on the wait list
MARP were realistic with eligibility criteria

Facilities

The properties provided were welcoming, functional and comfortable
There was adequate privacy
Homes were suitable for visitors

MARP provided a safe, caring environment
Strong educational groups which address living issues and relapse prevention were presented
Individual counselling was provided regularly and was an important part of program
Each person was treated as an individual as well as a group member
Gender Specific Groups were helpful
Conflicts were addressed in a timely manner
MARP provided access to other support Groups
There was a balance between education and leisure activities
MARP helped access the other essential medical/psychological services I need
An Aftercare Plan was established and follow up support planned
